Google+ now loading without refreshing whole page [Google Plus]

Google+ is now loading pages and switching between Stream, Pictures, Profile, Circles and Games tab without refreshing page.

It is just like Gmail, Gawab and Orkut. Kinda cool, instant loading of pages.
