Google+ SMS Notifications now Available for more Countries

Google+ SMS notifications are now available for more countries.
Before only two countries were available but now supported countries list has been expanded by adding following countries.

Google+ Now Open for Teens

Google+ Now Open for Teens: Google+ changed the age requirements so that any Google Account user can join Google+. In most countries you need to be at least 13 years old to create a Google Account and join Google+, but there are 3 exceptions: Spain, South Korea and Netherlands. Until now, Google+ required to be at least 18 years old to "upgrade" your account.

Google's VP Bradley Horowitz mentioned that there are a few tweaks and new default settings for teens. By default, only the people from teens' circles can trigger notifications and comment on their public posts. If someone outside a teen's circles joins a hangout, Google+ temporarily removes the teen from the hangout and gives him a chance to rejoin.

PTA Sets Base Prices for 3G, 4G, Cellular Licenses:

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has issued information memorandum for the auction of three 3G and one cellular license for 1900/2100 MHz (3G/4G/LTE) band and 800 MHz Band.

In easy words, one new cellular network licence will be given and three third generation licenses will be available for existing or new companies.

Internet Security Firm, Kaspersky has recently honored India as the top source of spam in the whole world.

The firm noticed that an average of 79.8% of global email traffic was spam during the third quarter of 2011. Out of these figures, 14.8% of the spam originated in India.
According to AFP, it seems that crackdowns on sending junk email in other countries have sent spammers to India wherein laws on the practice are little bit lenient.
