New Gmail version is clean more simple and few extra tweaks/features.
Google is adding their Google+ (Google Plus) service integration to their every service. New Gmail will also have Google+ integration, you will be able to see people profile pictures in Gmail conversations.
Redesigned conversations, new search box options with filters, new themes and much more.
There is no way to get new Gmail. New Gmail will be launched next week.
